Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your start date and begins our planning work.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds apply only to work not yet performed, and the deposit is excluded.

Written notice received Refund

45+ days before services begin 100%

30–44 days before 50%

10–29 days before 25%

Fewer than 10 days before No refund

Third-Party Costs

Hotels, transportation, tours, and other vendors set their own cancellation terms. We pass along any refund we receive from them.

Financed Payments

Refunds go back to the original payment method. If you paid with Affirm, we refund Affirm, and Affirm adjusts your balance. Interest is governed by your agreement with Affirm.

Cancellation by Us

If we cancel, you receive a full refund for services not yet delivered, including your deposit.
